I am a freelance British artist. I love finding a sunny spot in the house and making a nest. I have a fur-baby who likes to sit by me or attack my drawing tools, depending on her mood.I draw mostly Fanart and OCs.Thanks for dropping by!

Prices include simple or no background (e.g. sky, gradient or textures).
Complex details (such as armor, weapons, etc), backgrounds, and additional characters may add an additional cost to the base price.
Additional characters are an extra 80% ontop base price

*I will NOT draw Hentai / Porn Acts .
but Nudity as a form of Art is OK.

I reserve the right to accept or decline any offers of my choosing.
The commission is for PERSONAL use only.Please be specific if there is something I must not avoid.
Let me know if you want traditional (mixed) or digital medium!You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

I will confirm details and pricing of your commission with you.Small changes may be requested for no additional fees during the sketch phase.
In the case of feedback or changes, should the commissioner not reply within 72 hours of a progress report, I will continue on and finish the commission.
I will not make changes after I start colouring.When I finish the commission I'll send you the full resolution picture via email/ DM.Please, don't reupload the unmarked/full size version anywhere!

Payment:
Payments will only be accepted in GBP PayPal.You may pay in full, or half currently and half before receiving the final, fully-completed commission.
I will not begin work without payment.Invoices left unpaid for 7 days or longer will be cancelled and the commission will be dropped.

Refunds:
Refunds may be requested if the commission has not been started yet. No refunds otherwise.

Working Speed:
The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 3-7 weeks.
I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.

Copyright/ Usage:
-You can use the commissioned artwork anywhere as long as it complies with my ToS guidelines, provided that the artist (Aria-Azure) @AriaAzure is credited.
Please use the smaller watermarked version and not the high-res image.
NO AI. I do not want my work fed into AI training.

As the artist:I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
I’m allowed to post the Commissioned art on my other social networks. If I post I’ll give you the credits, making it clear that the character is yours.
Promote myself with it in any place.
I reserve the rights over the art produced to use/sell as part of my portfolio/artbook.
Personal information of the Commissioner may not be shared with other parties.If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet tell me when commissioning to avoid unnecessary problems.

As the commissioner:Do Not modify the work without my permission.
You are not authorized to remove my signature
Do not take credit for the art as your own
Do not Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way).
Do not resale commission(s)
Do not use the commission as profitable merchandise (eg. stickers, prints etc.)
Personal information of the Artist may not be shared with other parties.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
